This enables faster processing and also offers the option of retrieving weather data and NOTAMs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. flight plan filing during the flight (AFIL)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under special circumstances (e.g. unexpected weather changes), a flight plan can be changed during the flight via the frequency of the <strong>Flight Information Service (FIS)<\/strong> be delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">???? <strong>Important:<\/strong><br>Timetables for flights <strong>abroad (Z-AFIL)<\/strong> will no longer be accepted. Austro Control recommends always using the <strong>current aviation publications<\/strong> as these regulations may change at short notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Important points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Entry and exit from the control zone (CTR)<\/strong> must be made with the published reporting points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DCT (Direct Routing)<\/strong> is not permitted for border crossings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Special regulations for IFR flights &amp; training flights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. changes for IFR flights<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The IFR training route <strong>\"STO NERDU\"<\/strong> has been removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IFR flights must contain clearly structured flight routes, including the <strong>SID (Standard Instrument Departure)<\/strong> or <strong>STAR (Standard Arrival Route)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. adjustments for formation flights<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With <strong>Formation flights<\/strong> with a common flight plan, all participating aircraft must now be equipped with <strong>Licence plate and aircraft type<\/strong> be specified in the flight plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Attention:<\/strong><br>Formation flights are <strong>only permitted under visual flight rules (VFR)<\/strong>.
